1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in any workshop or event organized by ZIIP Foundation, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration and Participation

Registration is confirmed only upon successful completion of the registration process and payment of applicable fees.
Participants must provide accurate and complete information.
Registration is personal and cannot be transferred to another individual without prior written approval from ZIIP Foundation.
ZIIP Foundation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its discretion.

3. Event Fees and Payments

All fees must be paid in full before the specified deadline.
Participation will be confirmed only after successful receipt of payment.
Applicable taxes, transaction charges, or bank fees shall be borne by the participant.

4. Cancellation Policy

If a participant cancels their registration, fees paid may not be refundable unless otherwise specified for a particular event.
In the event of cancellation by ZIIP Foundation, participants may be offered a refund, credit, or transfer to a future event at the Foundation’s discretion.

5. Participant Conduct

Participants must behave professionally and respectfully towards organizers, speakers, mentors, volunteers, and fellow participants.
Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, or disruption of any event activity is strictly prohibited.
ZIIP Foundation reserves the right to remove any participant from an event without refund for misconduct.

6. Photography, Videography and Media Usage

Workshops and events may be photographed or recorded by ZIIP Foundation.
Participants grant permission to ZIIP Foundation to use photographs, videos, recordings, and event-related content featuring them for promotional, educational, archival, and marketing purposes.
No compensation shall be payable for such use.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Participants retain ownership of their original photographs and creative works.
By voluntarily submitting photographs for exhibitions, publications, contests, or promotional activities, participants grant ZIIP Foundation a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, publish, and promote such work with appropriate credit.

8. Event Modifications

ZIIP Foundation reserves the right to change event schedules, speakers, venues, workshop content, or formats due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
Such modifications shall not create any liability on ZIIP Foundation.

9. Limitation of Liability

Participation in workshops and events is at the participant’s own risk.
ZIIP Foundation shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage to personal belongings or photography equipment, personal injury, travel expenses, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from participation.

10. Health and Safety

Participants must comply with all safety instructions and venue regulations.
Any damage caused by a participant to property, equipment, or venue facilities may result in recovery of costs from the participant.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected during registration and participation shall be used solely for event management, communication, and Foundation-related activities.
ZIIP Foundation will take reasonable measures to protect participant information.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction in India.
