At Zalor India International Photography Foundation (ZIIP Foundation), we are committed to providing high-quality photography workshops, exhibitions, mentorship programs, portfolio reviews, competitions, and photography-related events. This Refund Policy explains the terms governing cancellations and refunds for registrations made with the Foundation.

1. Registration Fees

All registration fees paid for workshops, events, exhibitions, competitions, mentorship programs, and other activities organized by ZIIP Foundation are subject to this Refund Policy.

2. Participant Cancellation

If a participant wishes to cancel their registration, they must notify ZIIP Foundation in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled event date.
Upon receiving the cancellation request, ZIIP Foundation will review and verify the request.
If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during registration.
Cancellation requests received less than 7 days before the event date may not be eligible for a refund.
Any applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, bank charges, or administrative fees may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

3. Event Cancellation by ZIIP Foundation

If ZIIP Foundation cancels an event due to operational, technical, safety, or unforeseen circumstances:
Participants may be offered a full refund, partial refund, or transfer to a future event.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original payment method.

4. Event Postponement or Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, registrations will remain valid for the revised event date.
Participants unable to attend the revised date may contact ZIIP Foundation for available alternatives, which may include a transfer to another event or a refund, subject to review and approval.

5. Non-Attendance

No refund shall be provided for:
Failure to attend an event.
Late arrival.
Early departure.
Incomplete participation.
Failure to meet participation requirements.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment used during registration.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the participant’s bank, card issuer, payment gateway, or financial institution.

7. Deductions and Charges

Transaction fees, payment gateway charges, taxes, bank charges, or administrative fees may be deducted from approved refunds where applicable and permitted by law.
Any third-party charges incurred during payment processing are non-refundable.

8. Force Majeure

ZIIP Foundation shall not be liable for refunds, losses, or compensation arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Public health emergencies
Technical failures
Internet outages
Strikes or labor disputes
Civil disturbances
Any other force majeure event

9. Modification of Policy

ZIIP Foundation reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall become effective upon publication on the Foundation’s official website or communication channels.
